Time for relaxation and well-being with Green Yoga!
Yoga offers a soothing and revitalizing experience, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and mental balance.
A large Green Yoga gathering will take place at all Cogir Residences across Canada during the week of April 14, 2025, thanks to the involvement of Isabelle O’Brien, a renowned yoga instructor who has created specialized yoga sessions tailored to the abilities of each individual. A unique moment to celebrate vitality and positive energy, symbolized by wearing a green accessory. An inspiring opportunity to cultivate serenity and well-being each day!
During this event, the residents will welcome their children and grandchildren for a special celebration, where connection and emotions will take center stage.
To honour these precious moments, a photobooth will be set up, allowing families to capture beautiful memories together.

In June, residents will have the opportunity to attend a horticulture conference and participate in the design of their outdoor spaces to welcome the summer!
This conference will be the perfect chance to discover the soothing benefits of gardening as the beautiful season approaches. In addition to stimulating relaxation and creativity, gardening is a relaxing and enriching activity that reconnects us with nature and fosters a positive bond with the earth.
This summer, the residences will come alive to the sound of the greatest classics with shows, concert and Lifestyle activities. A festive program that promises fun and emotions, offering residents the chance the share unforgettable moments.
Some of these events will also be open to the general public aged 65 and over, creating a wonderful opportunity for meeting and exchanging.
At the beginning of September, residents will be invited to embrace an active lifestyle by training for The Great Walk Challenge. Whether individually or as part of a walking club, they’ll have the chance to enjoy the many benefits of daily movement. It’s a fun and engaging way to build momentum throughout the month, leading up to a celebratory walk!
